  • Please visit https://CromptonGoldenCelebrations.com/ on or before the submission date (i.e.,31st January’2026) to upload the required documents for gift redemption, as mentioned in the terms and conditions.
  • Please enter your code and coupon number as mentioned here.
  • Please enter the Retailer Name and Product Serial Number received after purchasing the product.
  • The activation of the offer may take up to 24 hours. After that, you can proceed to redeem your gift.
  • After registering yourself with complete contact details, please upload a scanned image or photo of the Original Scratch Card (full page with manually filled form) and Product Invoice.
  • After uploading the required documents, you will receive an acknowledgment number. Please make a note of this acknowledgment number for future reference and correspondence with us.
  • To redeem the Holiday Voucher, please dispatch printout of the booking request form generated online along-with Original Scratch Card Voucher and photocopy of Product Invoice on or before the submission date (i.e.,31st March’2026).

  • Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. ("Company") offers Scratch & Win an Assured Gift ("Gift ") to all its customers on buying of any Crompton Large Kitchen Appliance (LKA) product (minimum invoice value: ₹16,000/-) during the offer period from 20th August’2025 to 31st October’2025 or until stock lasts anywhere in India (Except Tamil Nadu). Eligible customers ("end-customers") can avail the winning "Gift" upon fulfilling the terms and conditions mentioned herein. This offer is not valid for channel partners (Dealers, Sales Executives, Dealership, and employees of the Company).
  • This offer is valid for residents of India who are 18 years of age and above.
  • The Company has the sole right to withdraw or extend the offer period at any time without prior notice.
  • Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd. (“CNPL”), being the authorised agent of the Company for the conduct and administration of this program, reserves the right to replace the tangible gift won by the end customer with any other brand/model of similar or potentially higher MRP in the event that the product is discontinued by the manufacturer or is otherwise unavailable in the market.
  • Customers will be eligible to redeem the gift only after uploading all the required documents and upon our receipt of the same by us.
  • Proof of uploading the required documents does not serve as proof of receipt. Customers will receive an SMS within three working days to confirm the receipt of the documents. If no confirmation is received, customers can call our Helpline No. 80100-99999 from 10:30 am to 05:30 pm on working days (Monday to Friday, except National/Bank Holidays) to check the status of the gift.

    • Scanned image/photo of the Original Scratch Card (full page with manually filled form).
    • Scanned Image/Photo of Product Invoice, against which you received the offer.

    Note: Please ensure that all content is clearly visible in the scanned image/photo.

  • All gifts shall be subject to applicable laws of India, including prevailing tax regulations. In the event any gift attracts Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under the Income-tax Act, 1961, the winner shall be solely responsible for bearing and paying the applicable TDS amount, which must be remitted upon request prior to the dispatch of the gift.
  • The last date to submit your request to redeem the gift (except Holiday Voucher) is 31st January’2026.
  • The assured gift cannot be substituted, exchanged, or encashed with any other product or service. All sizes of the gifts are standard, and requests for specific sizes, color, design, or style will not be entertained. In the case of electronic products, defects must be reported within one month from the date of gift received by the customer/recipient, as replacements will not be provided after this period.
  • Multiple forms from the same household/address shall not be combined to avail the offer. Please allow 4–6 weeks for dispatch of the gift from the date of successful verification of documents. Dispatch timelines are subject to force majeure conditions.

  • Participation in this offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. Gift redemption requests that do not comply with these terms shall be disqualified. Any request form that is illegible, incomplete, invalid, incorrectly filled, or found to be manipulated will be rejected. Required documents uploaded by channel partners on behalf of customers may also be rejected at the sole discretion of the Company or CNPL.
  • By participating in the program, the end-customer expressly consents to the collection, use, storage, and sharing of their personal data and transactional records by the Company and/or CNPL for the purposes of executing the Scheme, facilitating communication, conducting verification, performing analytics, and ensuring legal compliance. The Company and CNPL are committed to adhering to applicable Indian data protection laws. End-customers may request access to, or correction of, their personal data by contacting the Company’s support team in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, to the exclusion of all other courts in India.

CNPL shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused to the customers due to any technical issues that may arise during the redemption process. TERMS & CONDITIONS TO REDEEM HOLIDAY VOUCHER

  • The 3 Days / 2 Nights Holiday Voucher entitles the holder to complimentary accommodation (stay only) for two adults and up to two children (not exceeding five years of age) at any one of the hotels or resorts listed under this offer. For the purposes of this voucher, “3 Days / 2 Nights” shall mean a stay of two consecutive nights at the chosen hotel or resort, with standard check-in and check-out timings as per the respective property’s policy.
  • Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd. (“CNPL”), being the authorised agent of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. (“Company”) for conducting and administering the Program, shall collect utility charges of ₹500/- (₹250/- per night) per Scratch Card Voucher, payable prior to issuance of the Letter of Confirmation. Such payment may be made by demand draft payable at New Delhi in favour of “Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd.” or through the online payment option provided to customers.
  • Customers must submit their booking request with at least thirty (30) clear days’ advance notice (and not more than ninety (90) days), specifying their first, second, and third choices of destinations along with three optional check-in dates. The destinations and check-in dates provided must be distinct, with a minimum gap of seven (7) days between each preferred check-in date. One destination and one check-in date (from the preferences submitted) will be confirmed, subject to availability. Upon receipt of the printed booking request form and the original scratch card voucher, Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd. (“CNPL”), being the authorised agent of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. (“Company”) for conducting and administering the Program, will confirm availability by email and request payment of the applicable utility charges. Booking requests will be disqualified if the utility charges are not received within five (5) days from the date of destination confirmation.
  • To redeem the Holiday Voucher, customers must send by courier or registered post the printed booking request form (generated online), the original scratch card voucher, and a photocopy of the product invoice. Bookings will not be accepted via phone or email under any circumstances. All bookings are subject to availability, particularly during Diwali, Dussehra, national holidays, and long weekends. The period from 24th December to 2nd January (both days inclusive) is excluded from the offer. All required documents for hotel booking must be sent to: Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd., 204, Chiranjiv Tower, 43 Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019, India.
  • CNPL reserves the right to alter the confirmed dates and/or hotel, in case the customer’s preferred options are unavailable, after providing reasonable notice.
  • A confirmation letter for hotel accommodation will be issued in the name of the applicant by CNPL’s reservation office. Recipients must carry a printed copy of this confirmation letter to present at the time of hotel check-in. Valid government-issued photo ID proof for all guests is mandatory for check-in as per Indian law. The confirmation letter will specify the hotel name, check-in date, and destination. The booking status will be communicated to the customer no later than ten (10) days prior to the confirmed check-in date.
  • Once a confirmation letter has been issued against a booking request, no changes, cancellations, or rescheduling will be permitted thereafter.
  • The Holiday Voucher entitles the customer only to complimentary accommodation as stated. The customer shall be solely responsible for obtaining and completing all visa and travel document requirements for international destinations, if applicable. The Holiday Voucher does not include the cost of meals, extra beds, telephone calls, heaters, laundry, recreational activities, or any other incidental expenses. All additional costs, including travel to and from the hotel and any statutory or regulatory compliance costs, shall be borne solely by the customer.
  • No two or more vouchers may be combined to avail the offer. Only one voucher may be used per booking, per family, or per group travelling together. The Holiday Voucher is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-redeemable for cash, and can be availed only once against the original scratch card/voucher.
